Diesel Denim Gallery

In 2008 we showed "Glazed Paradise" at Diesel Denim Gallery Aoyama in Tokyo, from 24 May to 15 August, with Miho Kinomura of STUDIO D.O.G., who curated and produced the show. We built the installation inside the gallery on the second floor: among the works were a teenage figure in headphones sitting face-down on a computer keyboard, and a teenage girl figure leaning on a figure whose upper body was a garbage bag stuffed with newspaper, next to a spilled beer can. A film directed by Miho Kinomura, showing the figures being made with plastic wrap and packing tape and placed on the street, was shown at the venue.
